As all of our silverworks are handcrafted, we can guarantee only the quality of the products. We cannot guarantee that any two pieces will be exactly identical in weight and/or size.

We will gladly GIVE CREDIT OR MONEY BACK for items that have arrived damaged within 7 days of the item(s) ship date. Please contact us via email and briefly describe the nature of damage and item number. The average respond time is 1-2 business days.

Please Note that we charge a 10% restocking fee (plus postage) on all orders refused by the customer upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned after the 30 day warranty or to charge additional restocking fees. Altered items, special items, or items made to your specifications are non returnable.

We DO NOT reimburse the return shipping. If we feel that the return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund.
